Kaltran is a ice magician that was kept by Rajoth in The Laboratory in the era of Taskan II. He was rescued by Hype, and realized that the brave knight is Gogoud's friend. He developed a powerful ice magic, but it was taken away from him by Rajoth, and offered it to Hype as a gift.
